EchoWall is designed for family safety and trusted response. We collect the account, EchoKey, trusted contact, alert, device, and message information needed to operate the service.
Location is used only when a SafeTap or related safety flow needs it. EchoWall is not built for continuous background tracking, advertising resale, or data brokerage.
We use service providers for hosting, authentication, storage, monitoring, and notifications. Access is limited to what is needed to run and protect the product.
