We know not everyone wants to buy extra hardware — and many of us have an old phone or tablet lying around. EchoWall™ DIY lets you repurpose it as a dedicated message station. It works like the Hub: when someone taps their EchoKey, your old phone auto-plays the message — no social media, no distractions.

Great for kids’ rooms, dorms, care centers — or just your bedside table. Keep your phone free, but stay connected.

🛠️ How to Set Up DIY Mode

1. Grab any old phone or tablet that can connect to Wi-Fi.
2. Download the EchoWall™ App (coming soon!) or use our secure web version.
3. Log in once, link your EchoKey, and pin the app to the home screen.
4. Place your DIY device where you want it — kitchen counter, hallway shelf, bedside table.
5. Now anyone can tap their EchoKey and hear your love — without touching your main phone.

🔒 Secure & Controlled

The DIY mode locks your old phone or tablet into EchoWall only — no apps, no distractions. You keep full control with your secure login and Supabase cloud. Only authorized EchoKeys play back — so your moments stay private.
