Getting started with EchoWall

Follow these three quick steps to connect your family and make SafeTap ready.

  1. Claim your first EchoKey

    Tap Claim EchoKey below and enter the code from your physical tag or invite.

    EchoKeys are the special tags (or digital keys) that belong to each person or device. When you claim an EchoKey, you become the person in charge of that key’s rituals and safety alerts.
  2. Add a trusted contact

    Invite a caregiver or loved one so they can receive SafeTap alerts and rituals.

    A trusted contact is someone you choose to help watch over you and/or your child: a parent, guardian, or close friend. They can receive SafeTap alerts and uplifting rituals when you invite them.
  3. Turn on SafeTap

    Open a key, set your SafeTap mode & threshold, and test it once together with your child.

    SafeTap lets kids, teens, and adults quietly ask for help when something doesn’t feel right. Incidents and alerts now appear directly inside each EchoKey card. Use the settings(Manage Key) button to adjust thresholds or switch modes.
